About Me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Newhall, California. I graduated from Phillips Graduate Institute in 2008 with a masters degree in psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout my years as a clinician, I have worked with many diverse populations including children, teens, adults, and families. I am deeply committed to supporting my clients and guiding them to make positive changes in their lives. I provide a safe, warm space for them to learn and grow and move through life's transitions, unexpected and expected changes in life.
Knowing that you need to seek therapy can be a tough decision to make. Therapy works best when you are able to find someone who you can connect with and see you for who you are; judgement free. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, and am able to work within a treatment team including family members, and professionals so that you are able to get the help that you need and want. I work with my clients to help them identify their goals for treatment, and come up with a plan to achieve these goals. With a strong commitment, passion, and the willingness to take the necessary steps to help, I work collaboratively to achieve your goals through the therapeutic process. Every person has the ability to be resilient whether they realize it or not. It is a matter of finding that resilience and making it shine through.
